True Love

A man of a certain age came to the clinic where I work to be done healing a wound in the hand. He was rather quickly, and while it healed i asked him what it was so urgent that i had to do. She told me i had to go to a nursing home for breakfast with his wife who lived there.

She told me that took some time in that place and that was a very advanced Alzheimer's disease. While just dress the wound, i asked if she would be alarmed if the late that morning. -No, I said. She no longer knows who i am. Almost five years ago that did not recognize me. Then I asked him surprised. - AND if you already don't know who you are

THE HOPE

Hope is not pretending that there are no problems, it is really the most accurate way to find the solutions, which gives us the daily life. It is the confidence of knowing that these are not eternal, the wounds will heal, and the difficulties will be overcome. Is having faith, is a source of strength and renewal of our absolute interior, which will guide us from darkness to light.

When the deep love of your life you don't want to, when you expect the call never comes, when you don't get the job you want, when don't get the invitation you've been waiting ..... the message is not that you don't deserve the very best ..... the message is not that you're not important ..... the message is that you deserve something better.

Each time you feel disappointed that they did not receive what you want or expect, not to see him as rejection or bad luck .... you just have to remember that this is a tremendous opportunity to something much better than you expected gain of life.

Life is made of millions of moments, lived in a thousand different ways or different. Some, we are looking for love, peace, harmony, understanding, tenderness. Other survived day by day, week after week, month to month, and year to year. But there are no more full than the one in which we discovered with joy, that the life , with its constant joys, and sorrows, must be lived to the fullest every day.

Although we live in a mansion of forty rooms, surrounded by wealth and servants whom we serve to fullness or in a humble hut, or fight from month to month to pay the rent, we have the absolute power to be totally satisfied, and live a life with true meaning.

Day to day, week after week, month to month, year to year, we have the absolute power, enjoying every moment that gives us life, and rejoicing in every dream. Because, every day is new and brand new, and we can begin again and perform all our deepest dreams, in a futuristic world. 

EVERY DAY IS NEW, AND IF WE LIVE FULLY, WE CAN ACTUALLY ENJOY LIFE AND LIVE IT TO ITS FULLNESS, AND PERFORM OUR MOST cherished dreams FUTURE

Although the life treat you poorly, your always smiles

Perhaps not the life has given you enough so you can feel happy. And perhaps you think that the life punishes you for one reason or another… but it is not as well. You have to learn to be happy with what you have and don't have.

Please check out the mirror, despite all the bad things that seems to you see in yourself, in your face if there is beauty. Outlines a smile and see how your eyes are happy… Only with a small smile, even forced, you will notice how each part of your body reacts to happiness…

And that is life: if you are happy, your whole body the note and respond positively to this feeling of happiness. Your skin is radiant, your eyes are filled with a special brightness that makes you full of that "something" that the other people like it and makes them flip the gaze to see you ....

Do not let this make you mad world had become mentally unstable. Quite the opposite! Show yourself strong, with safety, happiness and fullness that personal life… don't wrap yourself in the stress. Don't be caught in situations that make you feel out of it…

Provides for your environment, see your beautiful interior and date that you're not a either, you're special ... and now smiles. And that… that you will be reborn to life.

The way to love

Only when these good about yourself you can be well with the other. Only when you get onto your solitude you can handle a relationship.
You need to give yourself value to be worth, to love yourself to give love, to respect yourself to  respect, and accept yourself to accept, because nobody gives what is not within himself.

No relationship will give you the peace that you yourself do not believe in your inner self. No relationship will provide happiness that you yourself don't you construct. Only you can be happy with another person when you're able to tell well convinced: No need of thee to be happy.

Only you can love being independent, up to the point of not having to handle or manage the indexes that want. Only you can be happy when two happy people come together to share their happiness, not to be happy the one to the other. You need to love a humble reliance, you need esteem and the practice of responsible freedom.

To claim that another person makes us happy and fill all our expectations, it is a narcissistic fantasy that brings only frustrations. 
For this reason, you  love you so much, mature, and the day you can say to another: "Without you i am fine" ... that day you'll be more prepared to live as a couple.
