**Losing to win**

Sounds easy, even simple, but it is not. We must be prepared to lose something to gain something better. Willing to lose what we work for a long time, in order to gain something new, different and better.

Many times it is necessary to win… lose when we are in a relationship with your partner that has become stormy, when those same dreams that one day fed our lives are no longer, when that person that was your life was, tea has been unfaithful… or when your friends with the who and dad your joys and sorrows are no longer there for you, are too busy to attend.

Your marriage has been horrible, just want to keep it all a bad dream for awakening of all these sad realities… in all these situations, one must lose to win.

There is to lose, release what does not make us well, although it is something that we strive and we thought long ago. You cannot be all the time talking about the suffering and injustices that we live, we must be willing to release, leave behind… lose to win.

It clear that you will suffer, you're going to cry, but what is worth more? Will be a time in silence, a cleaning inside to be able to exit the light, to be able to give to life another chance and try to live in a calm manner. For fear of loneliness just clinging to memories, to what we have won and what time we have been saving. Everything in life it takes effort, why costs drop and lose. But nothing in this life belongs to us, even our own life, everything is borrowed, nothing is eternal… That's why I invite you to do this reflection: many times we must lose to stand up and win again.

Remember their life was like before they arrive so many problems and suffering are holding in their hearts. Where was this person that eras before, with dreams of success and projects? Where is that fighter that person more than once was model to follow for other people? What was the person with purpose and vision that once?

You try to search within your being that step with the person who once thou wast, and think again that you are very special.

Returns to believe in yourself, in your capacity to love and make progress in what you propose. Think again that if you want to work on something, you can do it. Returns to be a safe person for itself, as you've been in the past, more than now ... before it reached that person that i just completely annulling.

There is nothing easy laughing again without stopping, it is not easy when you just want to cry. It is not easy to get back to deliver the heart when you have broken several times, but it can be, if you put on your part you can. Only you need to be aware that there are times when it is know release, let go of what surrounds you (whether material or sentimental) and letting go those things that don't make you happy.    

There is to lose to win, because within this "loss" you'll never have to be reborn, to live the life without be suffering or without being the entire day talking about your woes… There is life for you, there is hope within the pain, trust in God that he will. Make an exercise;

**Each day you live is a special occasion**

A friend opened the drawer of the dresser of his wife and pulled out a small package wrapped in silk paper that said: "This is not a simple package, is beautiful lingerie". What i was saving for a "special occasion".

And today I am still thinking in these words: they have changed my life.
Now i read more and less clean. 
Now I am on the terrace and admire the view without just suck in the weeds from the garden. 
I spend more time with my family and friends and less time at work. 
I experiences to be enjoyed, not to survive. 
No longer saved nothing. Use my crystal glasses every day. 
I pull on my new coat to go to the supermarket, if I choose and i seems to me.
Not already saved my best perfume for special parties, i use every time I feel like doing so.   
I'm not sure what I would have done the wife of my friend if he had known that i wouldn't be here for the tomorrow that we all take so lightly. I think that would have been called to their family and close friends. Who knows, at best, been called to some old friends to apologize and make peace by possible annoyances of the past. I like to think that he would have gone to eat chinese food, your favorite.
Those things are left undone, i would be angry if I knew that my hours are limited. Angry that leave to see good friends with whom I was going to contact "someday"… not angry because i wrote certain letters that I was thinking of writing "one of these days". Angry and sad because I didn't tell them to my brothers and my children often enough how much I love them.
Now I try to not slow down, stop, or save anything that would bring laughter and joy to our lives. And each morning I tell myself that this day is special, each hour, each minute… is special, unique and unrepeatable.
If you received this, it is because someone loves you and wanted to share it with you. Do not keep this thought for the day tomorrow. Now is a good time to share it with your friends and family. The time is now, not tomorrow. Now is better than "one of these days" in order to share the joy and motivation to enjoy life, that "one of these days" is very far or may not ever reach ...

**Live in harmony with yourself **

Nothing we do will surely appeal to those who don't value the life, faith and hope. More that should not be of importance for you, you ought to be better each day, you'll never please everyone, you are a unique person and there is no other to do or think like you.

Surely many times you try to do good things and not what you get, don't let this put you off the desire to continue with good intentions ... maybe one day we humans live in harmony and peace with all.

-We have to think that if we do we will receive the same evil, the hatred creates more hatred and love much more love-

Live in harmony with yourself. Be happy and let the world be, forgives everyone and loves those who are at your side. It's the best we can do each day that passes.

We are trying to make each and every person that make up our world are good people, already with that we should be paid.

Life is too complicated for us we do worse, better we live free and in harmony.

This is life

This is life, with their sentences, joys and with all its injustices. But nothing is completely wrong, even with all the suffering, are experiences that we will have won. -It is thanks to all the bad things that we live that we learn to face the challenges of life. Within each person is his inner light, that which will lead us to take life in the right direction.

***Love is Forgive and Forget***

I know that as humans we all make mistakes, confusion sometimes brings distrust, we feel hurt and forgotten in pain lose hope.It is human weakness, imperfection characterizes us, nobody lives happily without love, loneliness all martyred.If we are right or wrong about the person who says he loves us, yet we defend, we protect the ego that claims us ... 

When you truly love, soul and heart, the differences are unnecessary, and love prevails obvious reason.To love is to give constant attention, is a feeling I can not hide, is manifested in many ways, no matter who we hurt, love can heal us. 

Love is only one, here, there and around the world we can not attach our way, if you really love , that feeling becomes eternal.
Love is delivered with soul and body, with visible actions of feelings, not omitted for any reason, not silent , is explicit at all times. 

The power of true love transcends all understanding, is persevering and willing overcomes the obstacles of any impediment.
 My words may not make sense, you might not think to do, but if anything bothers my mind ... Always remember, to love is to forgive and forget!

****The Biggest Mistake****

Each Day

Is more blessed to give than to receive, and this is absolutely true. Happiness is not as an entity outside of ourselves and it becomes clear, sensitive, when we give , when we share, when we love. for that if you want to be happy, learn first to give and love and learn from simple things simple and maybe can serve.

Don't expect opportunity, create it. Don't look for love, you give it. Don't ask for friendship, best give it. Don't waste the suffering and mistakes, learn from each of them. Not be prejudiced, have availability. Despises always bad, current, because vouchers more things life gives you.

Define what your truth and defend it with pride, because it is absolutely yours. Lives thinking about things that life gives you, not the ones that did not give you, because you have not even sought the necessary opportunities.

And remember that the most valuable gifts are peace, joy, silence, a good book, a good song, a great love, a good memory ...

Every day, no matter if the year starts or is ending already or are right in the middle, is a good time to reconsider what you're doing, what you think, what you feel and what you want. We must continue!

It is an illusion to think that we will ever be totally free of problems, because we shall always something that we are uncomfortable with, rob us the dream, or make us feel dissatisfied with life. As soon we solve a problem we will discover a new one, or what is worse, we will witness the return of a problem we thought we'd already passed. So much so that it is logical that we sometimes feel discouraged, losing the illusion by live the day to day, thinking that the life can no longer be surprised nor rejoice…
These thoughts are not good, do us no good, and we have to get rid of them because if we are to live, something that we are already doing, that is with joy and hope in each new day.
After all, not everything is negative, we must also learn to appreciate the good things without take them for granted.
