A veces sentimos que debemos escalar una montaña o erigir un monumento para dejar nuestra huella en el mundo.
Lo que no reconocemos es que con frecuencia podemos producir cambios simplemente existiendo, manejando lo que la vida nos da.
Tal vez la forma en que tratamos nuestros desafíos y recompensas inspire a alguien más a lograr cosas valederas en su propia vida
Cualquier cambio o pérdida no nos hace víctimas, puede sacudirnos, sorprendernos, decepcionarnos, pero no nos puede impedir actuar, aprovechando la situación que se presenta y continuar.
Sin importar dónde estemos en la vida, sin importar cuál sea la situación, siempre podemos hacer algo. Siempre hay una alternativa y ésta puede ser poder.
La capacidad de superar una posición de impotencia nos confirma que siempre tenemos alternativas.
Aunque nos sintamos atrapados o indefensos, somos capaces de elegir la actitud con la que enfrentaremos nuestros desafíos.
Si adoptamos la mentalidad de la víctima y creemos que no podemos hacer nada, nunca obtendremos poder.
