**Losing to win**
Sounds
easy, even simple, but it is not. We must be prepared to lose something
to gain something better. Willing to lose what we work for a long time,
in order to gain something new, different and better.
Many times it is necessary to win… lose when we are in a relationship with your partner that has become stormy, when those same dreams that one day fed our lives are no longer, when that person that was your life was, tea has been unfaithful… or when your friends with the who and dad your joys and sorrows are no longer there for you, are too busy to attend.
Your marriage has been horrible, just want to keep it all a bad dream for awakening of all these sad realities… in all these situations, one must lose to win.
There is to lose, release what does not make us well, although it is something that we strive and we thought long ago. You cannot be all the time talking about the suffering and injustices that we live, we must be willing to release, leave behind… lose to win.
It clear that you will suffer, you're going to cry, but what is worth more? Will be a time in silence, a cleaning inside to be able to exit the light, to be able to give to life another chance and try to live in a calm manner. For fear of loneliness just clinging to memories, to what we have won and what time we have been saving. Everything in life it takes effort, why costs drop and lose. But nothing in this life belongs to us, even our own life, everything is borrowed, nothing is eternal… That's why I invite you to do this reflection: many times we must lose to stand up and win again.
Remember their life was like before they arrive so many problems and suffering are holding in their hearts. Where was this person that eras before, with dreams of success and projects? Where is that fighter that person more than once was model to follow for other people? What was the person with purpose and vision that once?
You try to search within your being that step with the person who once thou wast, and think again that you are very special.
Returns to believe in yourself, in your capacity to love and make progress in what you propose. Think again that if you want to work on something, you can do it. Returns to be a safe person for itself, as you've been in the past, more than now ... before it reached that person that i just completely annulling.
There is nothing easy laughing again without stopping, it is not easy when you just want to cry. It is not easy to get back to deliver the heart when you have broken several times, but it can be, if you put on your part you can. Only you need to be aware that there are times when it is know release, let go of what surrounds you (whether material or sentimental) and letting go those things that don't make you happy.
There is to lose to win, because within this "loss" you'll never have to be reborn, to live the life without be suffering or without being the entire day talking about your woes… There is life for you, there is hope within the pain, trust in God that he will. Make an exercise;
-Sigh- Loose… and returns to live.

**Making love is...**
Making love is to walk together in life, overcoming the obstacles that
life itself may introduce, grow spiritually and intellectually, evolve
together, strengthen ties in common with those little details that
sometimes seem silly and insignificant, but which are nevertheless so
important to avoid the routine that is the cruelest enemy of love.

buried many seeds and pay a lot of land ...

or gets into the boat without fear the water
or reach the harbor without paddle many times ...
Nobody feels the love
tears unproven,
or collect roses without the thorns pricked with ...
Nobody does works
without hammering on a building,
and cultivates friendship without giving himself ...

Nobody gets their ideal

Don't sell your happiness
Don't sell your happiness ...
Give it away!
Look no simple formulas or cheap to have it.
The main ingredients of happiness:
Share what you have.
To love without demands.
Forgiving without scars.
Accept without perfections.
Thank what you get.
And I never give up!
Remember harmonize all:
Honeycomb, a little honey.
From the sea, a little salt.
Of life, a touch of optimism.
From the imagination, dreams.
From pain, strong roots.
And rock solid faith.
Why we don't know how to fill our cup?
Why not give all that life can give?
And ..
Hope, sometimes naively, that will give us life, but without paying the price.
Why are not we happy?

I am not perfect
If we were perfect we would need no words of encouragement, tips or friends. I am glad that I did not do so and be able to send beautiful things like this.
If this seems perfect.
I am not perfect, and I am glad NOT TO BE
imagined the perfect life ... I wanted to imagine what it would be my life still in this world, being a perfect human being, without sorrows, without gaps, without the need to love and feel loved; taking everything on hand, to achieve this without the slightest effort, still holder of a perfect image and figure in the eyes of others; feeling the power in my hands (after all, that is what we dream we yearn and human beings).
And then imagine what it would be my life as well, think about it was not a dream but a nightmare from which immediately wanted to awaken… I ran to the mirror to see me, and looking at my image and rediscover who i am, I said with the voice of relief:
Oh, I am not perfect!
If I don't ever go wrong, it might not be able understand the errors who also commit other, live judging them, and i would stay only, because it does not find anybody that i could match.
If my image and figure, they were perfect for humanity, no one would know who really i am, I would seek by my appearance, would be my only material things; perhaps i would become slave of the body and the superficial, wanting to find the formula of the eternal youth, for not getting older ever, live a superficial life;perfect just as I am not in the mirror would be more than my figure, i don't know who I am in reality… I prefer to be small, different, being sure that those who love me, I know the truth, and better yet, I can only look in the mirror, more than my soul, and fought to keep my spiritual beauty.
If you do not have empty, i would not need to love and feel loved, and would be a person indifferent, and that frightens me, I do not want to think what it would be like to live without love; without experiencing that need to be loved and the tremendous desire to give love ... that is the engine of our existence.
I am not perfect and I give thanks for this, because my imperfection gives meaning to my life, invites me every day is a struggle to be better.
Thank God, by my imperfection, put on my the touch of your perfection: "love".

Fear of Happiness
Many people are afraid of happiness. For these people, this word means changing a series of habits and lose their own identity.
Many times we feel unworthy to live the good things that happen to us.
Not accepting them because, in so doing, we have the feeling that we owe something to God. We think: "It is better not to try the chalice of happiness, because when we suffer a lot missing"...
For fear of eroding, we continue to grow.
For fear of crying,
stop laughing.
