Life has taught me to keep going, move forward and not get stuck, you need not be afraid of what we have left behind.
Just remember, that nothing can change your past, but your future, yes, you can change it, and the change factor is YOU!

** Worth It **

Worth every thorn, every rose, every tear that waters which flourish in smiling, because life is wonderful by itself, no matter what the punishment, no matter the heartbreak, it happens ... everything passes and the sun shines again.
There are times when we feel that everything is bad, that our lives sink into an abyss so deep, that is hard to see even a small crack through light pass.
At such times we should take all our love, our courage, our feelings, our strength and fight to survive.
Many times we have wondered whether it is worth get excited again, and I can only answer one thing:

Let's make our life worth living!
It's worth it, because I have learned to love with all my heart.
Worth give everything, because every smile and tear are sincere.
Worth head down and put your hands down, because I will be stronger when lifting heart.

Worth making mistakes, because it gives me more experience and objectivity.

** Mature **

When I no longer have doubts of my, when passage through life with security in who I am, when my feet lead me to the place that i want, when they no longer wept by small things, when my life begins to have meaning, when no longer doubt what i am capable… then i know that I have matured.

Sometimes we can question when is that we started to mature, and is not a question of age..

It can be very young and have a extraordinary maturity, there are also older people that never ripen, live the life as children and dress as such. People that make your life a celebration, do not have purposes. No plans of life. That is why the maturity is not a mental state, it is an attitude, is not a question of age, is to have common sense to life.

Is always the question "Do I Have sufficient maturity? ". Who could say nothing of your thoughts, only you know your; but to get the question you're beginning to realize that it is the maturity in our lives. YOU'RE GROWING.

There are very young people have many life plans, that know what to do, they will be doing and how their lives will be later. Are people with purposes, make your mind begins to think more about the steps that dan and no longer feels so helpless, on the contrary feel that they have the world in their hands because they already know where it goes.

There are other types of people, that for more years that have are always angry, bored, don't know what to do, do nothing to change their life or try to give the solution, they are always waiting for other people to do it for them.

We might say that in this field of the maturity each person knows to what extent has it. We know that we have matured when we can look back with regret, not to complain but to correct the mistakes of the past.

** Although the life treat you poorly, your always smiles **

"My life has not been easy. I have not given any happy ending, but I am still struggling to change my life. Smile when, although not giving me reasons. Because nothing can make me a bitter person… because my happiness is within me."

Perhaps not the life has given you enough so you can feel happy. And perhaps you think that the life punishes you for one reason or another… but it is not as well. You have to learn to be happy with what you have and don't have.

Please check out the mirror, despite all the bad things that seems to you see in yourself, in your face if there is beauty. Outlines a smile and see how your eyes are happy… Only with a small smile, even forced, you will notice how each part of your body reacts to happiness…
 And that is life: if you are happy, your whole body the note and respond positively to this feeling of happiness. Your skin is radiant, your eyes are filled with a special brightness that makes you full of that "something" that the other likes and makes them flip the gaze to look at…

That person is positive that with his smile always gives good vibrations, a person who feels happy is palpable.

Do not let this make you mad world had become mentally unstable. Quite the opposite! Show yourself strong, with safety, happiness and fullness that personal life… don't wrap yourself in the stress. Don't be caught in situations that make you feel out of it…
Provides for your environment, see your beautiful interior and date that you're not a either, you're special ... and now smiles. And that… that you will be reborn to life.

Judge without knowing

When someone speaks evil of another person and tells us horrible things of it or, later, if we have the opportunity to meet that person, we already have a preconceived idea of how it is that person, and therefore, our way of seeing him will be influenced by the comments that we have heard.

We have never seen such a person, we have never known… and just because someone said it was in that way we judge and do not look with good eyes the pleasure to meet you. Life is full of setbacks that make us fall again and again, but these errors do not have to define ourselves. Taking a little bit of goodness in our hearts, we are certain that we will become better people. To forgive those who speak evil of us, as God forgives us, and not talk about evil of others.

Do not judge friends, that after similarly will judge us to us. And we have a lot of care to speak ill of others. It is always better to keep quiet to say too much, especially when it comes to criticism.

A new opportunity

I have had bad experiences in life, reasons to cry and suffer… but i have decided to not let myself be influenced by the past. I am far from perfection, I have made mistakes, but as a person i am unique, there is no one like me. I have the right to find love and happiness, and I will do so.

We are all entitled to a second chance. You can in your first stage, suffering and tears, but today it gives you a new chance in life… don't close your eyes and your heart to another option, should not live with fears taxes of the past.

Do not discard the love, you can now let it matters a lot and think that after what he had experienced the love is no longer an option. But all of those questions and doubts you assault do not get response if you stay in your fourth drowned between sadness and reproaches.
