Who can't be happy, can't give happiness,
who is not comfortable in life, it can make others feel good.
So there are people who spread their happiness as well as people who always have complaints and leave behind a long trail of bitterness.
                                 You can not give what you do have!
When you think about this phrase, I immediately think of the material things that each has, but this discussion is not about that, it's those who live always in a sad and cursing his "bad luck", because according to them everything they goes wrong. People always want things that are not within your reach, things that others have. People know when something has not appreciate it and just think they should have more.
Everything would be different if these people think for a minute that happiness and joy that you can get in life, give us the simple things, things that are always within reach, like a sunrise, enjoy watching a flower, see children laugh or just be grateful for what life has given you.
Such kinds of people, even if they show these things will not feel anything, they will have joy, and not achieve them smile with the things that you enjoy. You can enjoy those things because you are full of love, dreams, hope you feel happy inside and that's makes you a whole person.

And now that's valuable.
Some people think that if a person is happy, you don't have problems. But not, clearly has problems, only he knows cope and although often strike hard pain in his heart, being a person full and nothing achieves full void your happiness, nor his composure to see life. El error más grande lo cometes cuando, por temor a equivocarte, te equivocas dejando de arriesgar en el viaje hacia tus objetivos.

Probablemente esta historia que me ha llegado no sea sino eso, una historia, sin ningún rigor científico, pero la enseñanza que nos transmite es de gran valor.
El águila es el ave de mayor longevidad de su especie.
Llega a vivir 70 años, pero para llegar a esa edad, cuando tiene aproximadamente 40 años, deberá tomar una seria y difícil decisión.
A los 40 años, sus uñas se vuelven blandas y es incapaz de cazar a sus presas para alimentarse. Su pico largo y puntiagudo, se curva apuntando contra su pecho y no puede comer bien. Sus alas se vuelven pesadas y con sus plumas tan gruesas, volar se le hace muy difícil.
En este momento de su vida el águila tiene solamente dos alternativas: dejarse morir o enfrentar un doloroso proceso de renovación, que puede durar hasta 150 días.
Ese proceso consiste en quedarse en un nido ubicado en una gran montaña y golpear su pico en la pared hasta conseguir arrancarlo, luego se queda esperando que le vuelva a crecer y con él arrancará una a una las uñas de sus talones. Cuando los nuevos talones comiencen a crecerle, comenzará a arrancarse las viejas plumas.
Aproximadamente tras un proceso de cinco meses el águila, totalmente renovada, será capaz de iniciar un vuelo que le dará 30 años más de vida

Recuerda:
Cuando te encuentres débil, agotado, desanimado, es aconsejable que puedas retirarte por un tiempo, para desprenderte de todo aquello que ha llegado a ser una carga para ti, para renovarte y adquirir ese nuevo entendimiento, que te permitirá contemplar la vida de otra manera.

A veces nos preguntamos: ¿Por qué renovarnos? En nuestra vida, muchas veces, tenemos que resguardarnos por algún tiempo y comenzar un proceso de renovación. Para que reanudemos un vuelo victorioso, nos debemos desprender de ataduras, costumbres y otras tradiciones del pasado. Solamente libres del peso del pasado , podremos aprovechar el valioso resultado de una RENOVACIÓN.
