** Mourning in the heart **

There is nothing more difficult to wake up every morning remembering that who both have loved has died, that is gone forever. Don't know how to deal with the loneliness, do not know what will happen with your life, because you never expect overnight you can lose to whom both housewives.

It is particularly distressing when someone dies and you haven't had time to embrace, time to say goodbye and to tell them how much you are loved. But thanks be to God, you feel the comfort that even though it is not the way you couldn t say that you'd do now, we already knew loved by you. You know, that although could go a long time without knowing each other, had a strong bond of love that it took you to presentirlo without even seeing him.
After accepting the fact that it is not, who has died, come the tears and many! Your heart drops to pieces, you don't know how to begin the day, it is increasingly strong pain and less understanding of the people around you because nobody can understand that no matter what we lived between the two, there is no comfort as possible.
Losing a loved one is very hard, almost daily is read and hear about the death of other people, but never thinks that one day when i arrived to be something so close and personal. There is no pain greater than that of losing a loved one, nothing more hard to find you crying every dawn without knowing how to stop the tears. Your chest is depressed and the days become increasingly slow and gray.
But the that we are Christians we know that death is not the last step to be taken. Who died is with our Lord, and from there, we will send all his peace. God will give us everything we need, that we live in the way of the Lord, we know and believe in eternal life. And that is the hope we have, that one day we will be back to see him and our meeting will be a lot nicer.
Today I understand the pain of the loss. Still can't get accepted, but little by little ful walk knowing that is seated at the table of the Lord, what great privilege, truth?
Today we can only hope that the time click what is theirs and will bring peace, because as long as it remains in our heart and mind, your gear will have only been in body. It will always be in every rose garden, in each snowflake that falls, in every drop of rain that will pose on my… he always will be.
Each time that we appoint that person sure to be watching and hoping that we will be well, that won't let us cry, as it will be in peace with God and much more with all what i love…
We will absorb cost increases the pain but also we will give you wings to fly in peace. God take care of them and of us forces in the face of adversity.

** The magic of love **

The magic of love for life can work miracles in your life. 
Loose ... loose ... loose ... the limitations, the "no" or, "I cannot"

**Losing to win**

Sounds easy, even simple, but it is not. We must be prepared to lose something to gain something better. Willing to lose what we work for a long time, in order to gain something new, different and better.

Many times it is necessary to win… lose when we are in a relationship with your partner that has become stormy, when those same dreams that one day fed our lives are no longer, when that person that was your life was, tea has been unfaithful… or when your friends with the who and dad your joys and sorrows are no longer there for you, are too busy to attend.

Your marriage has been horrible, just want to keep it all a bad dream for awakening of all these sad realities… in all these situations, one must lose to win.

There is to lose, release what does not make us well, although it is something that we strive and we thought long ago. You cannot be all the time talking about the suffering and injustices that we live, we must be willing to release, leave behind… lose to win.

It clear that you will suffer, you're going to cry, but what is worth more? Will be a time in silence, a cleaning inside to be able to exit the light, to be able to give to life another chance and try to live in a calm manner. For fear of loneliness just clinging to memories, to what we have won and what time we have been saving. Everything in life it takes effort, why costs drop and lose. But nothing in this life belongs to us, even our own life, everything is borrowed, nothing is eternal… That's why I invite you to do this reflection: many times we must lose to stand up and win again.

Remember their life was like before they arrive so many problems and suffering are holding in their hearts. Where was this person that eras before, with dreams of success and projects? Where is that fighter that person more than once was model to follow for other people? What was the person with purpose and vision that once?

You try to search within your being that step with the person who once thou wast, and think again that you are very special.

Returns to believe in yourself, in your capacity to love and make progress in what you propose. Think again that if you want to work on something, you can do it. Returns to be a safe person for itself, as you've been in the past, more than now ... before it reached that person that i just completely annulling.

There is nothing easy laughing again without stopping, it is not easy when you just want to cry. It is not easy to get back to deliver the heart when you have broken several times, but it can be, if you put on your part you can. Only you need to be aware that there are times when it is know release, let go of what surrounds you (whether material or sentimental) and letting go those things that don't make you happy.    

There is to lose to win, because within this "loss" you'll never have to be reborn, to live the life without be suffering or without being the entire day talking about your woes… There is life for you, there is hope within the pain, trust in God that he will. Make an exercise;

**Love each other with the eyes open **

Perhaps the expectation of instant happiness that we usually endilgarle link to couple this desire of exultancia, is due to a stretching of the illusory moment of love.

When one falls in love with in reality do not see the other as a whole, but that the other works like a screen where the boyfriend projected their idealized aspects. 

The feelings, unlike the passions, are more durable and are anchored to the perception of external reality. The construction of the love begins when I can see that I have in front, when I discover the other. It is there when love replaces the love.

A couple is more than a decision, is something that happens when we feel united with another in a different way. I could say that from the pleasure of being with another we took the decision to share a large part of our life with that person and we discovered the pleasure of being together. Although you need to know to find a companion of path is not sufficient; it also requires that the person is capable of nourishing ourselves, as we already said, that in fact it will be an effective aid in our personal growth.

**How to pass the difficult days **

Not all days are equal, we woke up many times with much encouragement, other times simply do not want to stand up and gives us laziness start a new day…

We have too many problems, we are tired, so overwhelmed of our reality that we prefer flee and make like this is not happening, and that all is well in our lives.

Not all days are equal. Accept that not all times are equal will be what will give us forces to begin a new day.

Even when the world is to be broken or shattered, we must always keep the faith that God will never give us more of the load that we can sustain. If we ask with faith and love so that our problems are solved, we hear God, and there will always be a solution to show us. However difficult that may be your situation, in God you can find a solution. You'll see that when God closes a door always opens a window.

For everything that hurts us in life, such as the loss of a loved one who has party never to return again, or when you destroy the heart and the life you seem to be the make to chop, even in these very difficult situations you must have faith and hope that one day will be better than you are living.

Time is the best remedy for our diseases, both of the heart as those of the body. Remember that when more heavy is the burden, the higher your reward in life.
